इस प्रकार श्रीमह्ाभारत गहाप्रस्थानिकपर्वमें द्रौपदी आदिका पतनविषयक दूसरा अध्याय पूरा हुआ ॥/ २ ॥ अपन क्ाा छा अर: तृतीयो<थध्याय: इन्द्र और धर्म आदिके साथ वार्तालाप

vaiśampāyana uvāca | tataḥ sannādayan śakro divaṃ bhūmiṃ ca sarvaśaḥ | rathenopayayau pārtham ārohety abravīc ca tam ||

वैशंपायन म्हणाले— “त्यानंतर शक्र (इंद्र) यांनी सर्व दिशांनी आकाश व पृथ्वी दुमदुमवून रथासह पार्थ (युधिष्ठिर) यांच्याजवळ येऊन म्हटले— ‘कुंतीनंदना, या रथावर आरूढ हो.’”
