तथैव विष्णुर्भगवान् सनातन: स चात्र देव: परिकीर्त्यते यतः । ततः स कामाल्लॉभते सुखी नरो महामुनेस्तस्य वचोडर्चितं यथा,इसमें सनातन भगवान् विष्णु (श्रीकृष्ण)-की महिमाका वर्णन किया गया है; अतः मनुष्य इसके स्वाध्यायसे सुखी होकर सम्पूर्ण मनोवांछित कामनाओंको प्राप्त कर लेता है। महामुनि व्यासदेवकी इस परम पूजित वाणीका ऐसा ही प्रभाव है
tathaiva viṣṇur bhagavān sanātanaḥ sa cātra devaḥ parikīrtyate yataḥ | tataḥ sa kāmāl lobhate sukhī naro mahāmunes tasya vaco'rcitaṃ yathā ||
वैशंपायन म्हणाले— याच प्रकारे सनातन भगवान् विष्णु (श्रीकृष्ण) यांचे येथे देवस्वरूप म्हणून कीर्तन केले जाते. म्हणून जो मनुष्य याचा स्वाध्याय करतो तो सुखी होतो आणि मनोवांछित उद्दिष्टांची सिद्धी प्राप्त करतो. महामुनी व्यासदेवांच्या या परम पूज्य वाणीची अशीच पावन शक्ती आहे.
