कर्णस्य सेनापत्यं, माकरव्यूहः, पाण्डवानामर्धचन्द्रव्यूहः

इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत कर्णपर्वमें संजय-वाक्यविषयक छठा अध्याय पूरा हुआ,संजय उवाच यस्मिन् महास्त्राणि समर्पितानि चित्राणि शुभ्राणि चतुर्विधानि । दिव्यानि राजन विहितानि चैव द्रोणेन वीरे द्विजसत्तमेन
sañjaya uvāca
yasmin mahāstrāṇi samarpitāni citrāṇi śubhrāṇi caturvidhāni |
divyāni rājan vihitāni caiva droṇena vīre dvijasattamena ||
संजय म्हणाला—राजन्, त्या प्रसंगात चार प्रकारची महान अस्त्रे—विचित्र व उज्ज्वल—वर्णिली गेली; ती दिव्य होती आणि वीर, द्विजश्रेष्ठ द्रोणाने विधिपूर्वक मांडून प्रदान केली होती।
