अर्जुनस्य शीघ्रप्रयाणं भीम-शकुनियुद्धं च

एतन्मे रोचते कृष्ण यथा वा तव रोचते । “श्रीकृष्ण! जहाँ यह कर्ण हमारी सेनाको खदेड़ रहा है, वहीं चलिये। रणभूमिमें संशप्तकोंको छोड़कर अब महारथी सूतपुत्रके ही पास रथ ले चलिये। “मुझे यही ठीक जान पड़ता है अथवा आपको जैसा जँचे, वैसा कीजिये” ।। 38 कम त्वा वचस्तस्य गोविन्द: प्रहसन्निव
etan me rocate kṛṣṇa yathā vā tava rocate |
संजय म्हणाला—हे कृष्ण! मला हेच योग्य वाटते; पण तुला जसे योग्य वाटेल तसे कर। जिथे कर्ण आमचे बळ पळवून लावत आहे तिथेच जाऊ. रणभूमीवर संशप्तकांना सोडून आता रथ त्या महारथी सूतपुत्राकडे वळव।
