ततो भीमो रणश्लाघी छादयामास पत्रिभि:
tato bhīmo raṇaślāghī chādayāmāsa patribhiḥ
त्यानंतर रणशौर्यासाठी प्रसिद्ध भीमाने (शत्रूला) बाणांच्या वर्षावाने झाकून टाकले.
संजय उवाच

Sanjaya reports that Bhima, celebrated for battlefield prowess, overwhelms his foe by covering him with arrows—depicting a decisive surge in combat where one warrior gains dominance through sustained missile attack.
