राम: कृतस्वस्त्ययन: प्रययौ दानवान् प्रति । अब्रवीद् देवशत्रूंस्तान् महादर्पबलान्वितान्
rāmaḥ kṛtasvastyayanaḥ prayayau dānavān prati | abravīd devaśatrūṃs tān mahādarpabalānvitān |
राम (परशुराम) यांनी स्वस्तिवाचनादि मंगलकर्म विधिपूर्वक करून दानवांकडे प्रस्थान केले. मग महान् दर्प व बलाने युक्त त्या देवशत्रूंना उद्देशून ते म्हणाले.
