ईदृशो5पि बलौघस्तु संयुक्त: शस्त्रसम्पदा । वध्यते यत्र संग्रामे किमन्यद् भागधेयत:
īdṛśo 'pi balaughas tu saṁyuktaḥ śastra-sampadā | vadhyate yatra saṅgrāme kim anyad bhāgadhayataḥ ||
संजय म्हणाला— इतका मोठा सैन्यसमूह शस्त्रसंपत्तीने युक्त असूनही जिथे संग्रामात नष्ट होत आहे, तिथे भाग्यावाचून दुसरे कारण तरी काय असू शकते?
