ततो बलेन महता पुत्रस्तव विशाम्पते । जुगोप भीष्ममासाद्य प्रार्थयानो महद्‌ यश:

Transliteration

tato balena mahatā putras tava viśāmpate | jugopa bhīṣmam āsādya prārthayāno mahad yaśaḥ ||

Translation

त्यानंतर, हे प्रजापते! तुझा पुत्र महान् बळाने समर्थ होऊन भीष्माजवळ गेला आणि महायशाची इच्छा धरून त्यांच्या आश्रयास गेला।
