कालोपहतचेतास्तु कर्तव्यं नाभ्यजानत । क्रोधसम्मूर्च्छितो राजन् वैराटि: प्रहसन्निव
kālopahatacetāstu kartavyaṃ nābhyajānata | krodhasammūrcchito rājan vairāṭiḥ prahasanniva ||
संजय म्हणाला—राजन्, काळाने आघात केलेल्या चित्तामुळे त्याला कर्तव्य काय ते कळले नाही; क्रोधाने मूर्च्छित झालेला वैराटी जणू हसत असल्यासारखा वागत होता.
