एतच्छुत्वा महाराज गौतमस्य विशाम्पते | अनुमान्य कृपं राजा प्रययौ येन मद्रराट्,महाराज! प्रजानाथ! कृपाचार्यकी यह बात सुनकर राजा युधिष्ठिर उनकी अनुमति ले जहाँ मद्रराज शल्य थे, उस ओर चले गये
etac chrutvā mahārāja gautamasya viśāmpate | anumānya kṛpaṃ rājā prayayau yena madrarāṭ ||
संजय म्हणाला—महाराज, प्रजानाथ! गौतमाचे हे वचन ऐकून राजा युधिष्ठिराने कृपाचार्यांची अनुमती आदराने घेऊन जिथे मद्रराज शल्य होते तिकडे प्रस्थान केले.
