न नून॑ क्षत्रियकुले जात: सम्प्रथिते भुवि । यथास्य हृदयं भीतमल्पसत्त्वस्य संयुगे
sañjaya uvāca | na nūnaṃ kṣatriyakule jātaḥ samprathite bhuvi | yathāsya hṛdayaṃ bhītam alpasattvasya saṃyuge ||
“निश्चितच हा पृथ्वीवर प्रसिद्ध अशा क्षत्रियकुळात जन्मलेला नाही; कारण रणसमयी याचे हृदय इतके भयभीत आहे—याचे धैर्य अत्यल्प आहे.”
