इन्द्रध्वज इवोत्सृष्ट: केतु: सर्वधनुष्मताम् | धरणीं न स पस्पर्श शरसंघै: समावृत:
sañjaya uvāca | indradhvaja ivotsṛṣṭaḥ ketuḥ sarvadhanuṣmatām | dharaṇīṃ na sa pasparśa śarasaṅghaiḥ samāvṛtaḥ ||
इंद्रध्वजाप्रमाणे खाली टाकलेला तो केतू—सर्व धनुर्धरांत श्रेष्ठ—बाणांच्या घन समूहांनी सर्व बाजूंनी आच्छादित असल्याने भूमीला स्पर्शला नाही.
