सगजाश्न गजारोहा: किरीटिशरताडिता: । ततोडर्जुनभुजोत्सृष्टरावृता5डसीद् वसुन्धरा
sa-gajāś ca gajārohāḥ kirīṭi-śara-tāḍitāḥ | tato 'rjuna-bhujotsṛṣṭair āvṛtā 'sīd vasundharā ||
संजय म्हणाला—किरीटधारी अर्जुनाच्या बाणांनी जखमी झालेले हत्ती व हत्तीरूढ गोंधळून गेले; आणि मग अर्जुनाच्या भुजांतून सुटलेल्या शरवृष्टीने जणू सारी वसुंधरा आच्छादित झाली।
