पार्थहेतो: पराक्रान्तो भीष्मस्यायो धन प्रति । राजन! भीष्मजीके साथ युद्ध करनेमें अर्जुनकी सहायताके लिये पराक्रम करनेवाले सुभद्राकुमार अभिमन्युने राजकुमार बृहद्वलके साथ युद्ध किया

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | pārtha-hetoḥ parākrānto bhīṣmasya āyodhanaṃ prati | rājan, bhīṣmajīke sātha yuddha karane meṃ arjunakī sahāyatā ke liye parākrama karanevāle subhadrā-kumāra abhimanyune rāja-kumāra bṛhadvalake sātha yuddha kiyā |

Translation

संजय म्हणाला—राजन्! पार्थाच्या हितासाठी पराक्रम करून सुभद्रापुत्र अभिमन्यू भीष्माच्या युद्धमोर्च्याकडे धावला. भीष्माविरुद्ध अर्जुनास साहाय्य करण्याच्या हेतूने त्याने राजकुमार बृहद्वलाशी संग्राम आरंभिला.
