मड़ाश्न मशकाश्नैव मानसा मन्दगास्तथा । मज़ा ब्राह्मणभूयिष्ठा: स्वकर्मनिरता नूप
maṅgāś ca maśakāś caiva mānasā mandagās tathā | maṅgā brāhmaṇabhūyiṣṭhāḥ svakarmaniratā nṛpa ||
त्यांची नावे—मंग, मशक, मानस आणि मन्दग. नरेश्वर! मंग जनपदात ब्राह्मणांची संख्या अधिक असून ते सर्वजण आपल्या-आपल्या स्वधर्मपालनात तत्पर असतात.
