भीमसेनस्य बहुमहारथसंयुगः

स सिंह इव मातज़ूं यूथर्षभ इवर्षभम् | अभिदु॒द्राव वेगेन विनदन् यादवर्षभ:
sa siṁha iva mātaṅgaṁ yūtharṣabha ivarṣabham | abhidudrāva vegena vinadan yādavarṣabhaḥ ||
संजय म्हणाला— यादवश्रेष्ठ श्रीकृष्ण वारंवार गर्जना करीत भीष्मावर प्रचंड वेगाने तुटून पडले; जसा सिंह गजराजावर, किंवा गोयूथाचा अधिपती बैल दुसऱ्या बैलावर आक्रमण करतो तसा।
