Marutta’s Sacrifice and Agni’s Embassy (मरुत्त-यज्ञे दूतत्वम्)
मरुत्त उवाच कच्चिच्छीमान् देवराज: सुखी च कच्चिच्चास्मान् प्रीयते धूमकेतो । कच्चिद्दवेवा अस्य वशे यथावत् प्रब्रृहि त्वं मम कार्त्स्न्येन देव
Marutta uvāca: kaccic chrīmān devarājaḥ sukhī ca kaccic cāsmān prīyate dhūmaketo | kaccid devā asya vaśe yathāvat prabrūhi tvaṁ mama kārtsnyena deva ||
मरुत्त म्हणाला—अग्निदेव! श्रीमान् देवराज सुखी आहेत ना? धूमकेतू! ते आमच्यावर प्रसन्न आहेत ना? आणि सर्व देवता यथावत त्यांच्या आज्ञेच्या अधीन आहेत ना? देव! हे सर्व मला पूर्णपणे व अचूक सांगा.
