एवमत्र महाराज दक्षिणां त्रिगुणां कुरु । त्रित्वं ब्रजतु ते राजन् ब्राह्मणा ह्वात्र कारणम्
evaṃ atra mahārāja dakṣiṇāṃ triguṇāṃ kuru | tritvaṃ brajatu te rājan brāhmaṇā hy atra kāraṇam ||
वैशंपायन म्हणाले—महाराज, येथे त्रिगुण दक्षिणा द्या. राजन्, या यज्ञाचे प्रधान कारण ब्राह्मणच आहेत; म्हणून तुमचा हा एकच यज्ञ तीन यज्ञांप्रमाणे होईल.
