Marutta Seeks Saṃvarta’s Priestly Support; Conditions, Truth-Discipline, and Rival Powers
मरुत्त उवाच नारदेन भवान् महामाख्यातो हाटता पथि । गुरुपुत्रो ममेति त्वं ततो मे प्रीतिरुत्तमा,मरुत्तने कहा--मुने! भ्रमणशील नारदजीने रास्तेमें मुझे आपका परिचय दिया और पता बताया। आप मेरे गुरु अंगिराके पुत्र हैं, यह जानकर मुझे बड़ी प्रसन्नता हुई है
Marutta uvāca: nāradena bhavān mahāmākhyāto hāṭatā pathi | guruputro mameti tvaṃ tato me prītir uttamā ||
मरुत्त म्हणाला—मुने! मार्गावर प्रवास करत असताना नारदांनी तुमचे मोठ्या विस्ताराने वर्णन करून मला तुमचा परिचय दिला. तू माझ्या गुरु अंगिरांचा पुत्र आहेस हे कळताच मला परम आनंद झाला.
