Chapter 57
हस्वेन चैते आमुक्ते भवतो हस्वके तदा । अनुरूपेण चामुक्ते जायेते तत्प्रमाणके,“छोटे कदका मनुष्य इन कुण्डलोंको पहने तो छोटे हो जाते हैं और बड़ी डील- डौलवाले मनुष्यके पहननेपर उसीके अनुरूप बड़े हो जाते हैं
hvasvena caite āmukte bhavato hvasvake tadā | anurūpeṇa cāmukte jāyete tatpramāṇake ||
वैशंपायन म्हणाले— “ठेंगण्या मनुष्याने हे घातले तर हे लहान होतात; आणि मोठ्या देहयष्टीच्या मनुष्याने घातले तर त्याच्या प्रमाणात मोठे होतात—धारण करणाऱ्याच्याच मापाने।”
