Adhyāya 51: Kṛṣṇa’s Leave-Taking and Departure for Dvārakā (द्वारकागमनानुमति)
गतिरेषा तु मुक्तानां ये ज्ञानपरिनिषछिता: । प्रवृत्तयश्न या: सर्वा: पश्यन्ति परिणामजा:,ज्ञाननिष्ठ जीवन्मुक्त महात्माओंकी यही परम गति है; क्योंकि वे उन समस्त प्रवृत्तियोंको शुभाशुभ फल देनेवाली समझते हैं
gatir eṣā tu muktānāṃ ye jñāna-pariniṣṭhitāḥ | pravṛttayaś ca yāḥ sarvāḥ paśyanti pariṇāmajāḥ ||
वायू म्हणाला—ज्ञानात परिनिष्ठित मुक्त महात्म्यांची हीच परम गती आहे; कारण ते सर्व प्रवृत्ती परिणामजन्य म्हणून पाहतात आणि त्यांना शुभ-अशुभ फल देणाऱ्या जाणून अंतःकरणात मुक्त राहतात.
