उपपत्तिं तु वक्ष्यामि गर्भस्याहमत: परम् । तथा तनन््मे निगदतः: शृणुष्वावहितो द्विज
upapattiṁ tu vakṣyāmi garbhasyāham ataḥ param | tathā tan me nigadataḥ śṛṇuṣvāvahito dvija ||
आता पुढे मी गर्भाची उत्पत्ती कशी होते ते सांगतो—जीव कसा गर्भात येऊन देह धारण करून जन्माकडे प्रवृत्त होतो. हे द्विजा, सावध व एकाग्र होऊन माझे कथन ऐक.
