विनीतांश्व कुलीनांश्व धर्मार्थकुशलानूजून् । ते: सार्ध मन्त्रयेथास्त्वं नात्यर्थ बहुभि: सह
vinītāṁś ca kulīnāṁś ca dharmārthakuśalān ūjūn | teḥ sārdhaṁ mantrayethās tvaṁ nātyarthaṁ bahubhiḥ saha ||
वैशंपायन म्हणाले— विनीत, कुलीन, धर्म व अर्थ यांत कुशल आणि सरळ स्वभावाचे पुरुष यांच्याशी तू सल्लामसलत कर; परंतु अनेक लोकांच्या गर्दीत अतिशय दीर्घ विचारविनिमय करू नकोस।
