छत्रोपानहदानफलप्रशंसा — Praise of the Merit of Donating Umbrella and Footwear
ततो मध्याद्वमारूढे ज्येष्ठामूले दिवाकरे
tato madhyād vamarūḍhe jyeṣṭhāmūle divākare | yāvad etān punaḥ subhru kṣipram iti janādhipa ||
नंतर ज्येष्ठ महिन्यात सूर्य मध्याह्नास येऊन ठेपला, तेव्हा जमदग्नीने रेणुकेला म्हटले—“सुभ्रु, विशाललोचने! लवकर जा; माझ्या धनुषातून सुटलेले हे बाण आण, म्हणजे मी पुन्हा ते धनुष्यावर ठेवून सोडीन.”
