Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
घोरो विरूप: संवर्त: सुधन्वा चाष्टम: स्मृत: । एतेडष्टौ वहल्लिजा: सर्वे ज्ञाननिष्ठा निरामया:
ghoro virūpaḥ saṃvartaḥ sudhanvā cāṣṭamaḥ smṛtaḥ | ete ’ṣṭau vahallijāḥ sarve jñānaniṣṭhā nirāmayāḥ ||
वसिष्ठ म्हणाले—घोर, विरूप, संवर्त आणि आठवा सुधन्वा—हे त्यांच्यात स्मरणीय आहेत. हे आठही अग्निवंशोत्पन्न, ज्ञाननिष्ठ व निरामय आहेत.
