Chapter 85: Suvarṇasya Janma ca Pradāna-Phalam
The Origin of Gold and the Merit of Gifting
माननामहमिच्छामि भवत्य: सततं शिवा: । अप्येकांगेष्वधो वस्तुमिच्छामि च सुकुत्सिते
mānanam aham icchāmi bhavatyaḥ satataṃ śivāḥ | apy ekāṅgeṣv adho vastuṃ icchāmi ca sukutsitāḥ |
हे सदैव कल्याणकारी देवियो! मला तुमच्याकडून मान-सन्मान हवा आहे. तुमच्या देहाच्या एखाद्या अंगात—खालील कुत्सित व अपवित्र मानल्या जाणाऱ्या भागात—जरी मला स्थान मिळाले, तरीही मी तिथेच राहू इच्छिते.
