युधिछिर उवाच गोप्रदानगुणान्‌ सम्यक्‌ पुनर्मे ब्रूहि भारत । न हि तृप्याम्यहं वीर शृण्वानो$मृतमीदृशम्‌

Transliteration

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | gopradānaguṇān samyak punar me brūhi bhārata | na hi tṛpyāmy ahaṃ vīra śṛṇvāno 'mṛtam īdṛśam ||

Translation

युधिष्ठिर म्हणाला—हे भारत! गोदानाचे गुण व महिमा मला पुन्हा नीट आणि सविस्तर सांगावे. हे वीर, असे अमृततुल्य उपदेश ऐकूनही मला तृप्ती होत नाही; ऐकण्याची इच्छा अधिकच वाढते।
