रत्नदानं च सुमहत् पुण्यमुक्तं जनाधिप । यस्तान् विक्रीय यजते ब्राह्मणो हाभयंकरम्
ratnadānaṃ ca sumahat puṇyam uktaṃ janādhipa | yas tān vikrīya yajate brāhmaṇo hābhayaṅkaram ||
जनेश्वर, रत्नदान हेही अत्यंत महान पुण्य सांगितले आहे. जो ब्राह्मण दानात मिळालेले रत्न विकून त्या धनाने यज्ञ करतो, त्याच्यासाठी तो प्रतिग्रह भयकारक ठरत नाही.
