Daiva–Puruṣakāra Inquiry: Fate and Human Effort
पुरूरवाश्च राजर्षिद्विजैरभिहित: पुरा । ऐल इत्यभिविख्यात: स्वर्ग प्राप्तो महीपति:,इसी तरह पूर्वकालमें ऐल नामसे विख्यात राजर्षि पुरूरवा ब्राह्मणोंके आशीर्वाद देनेपर स्वर्गलोकको प्राप्त हुए थे
purūravāś ca rājarṣir dvijair abhihitaḥ purā | aila ity abhivikhyātaḥ svargaṃ prāpto mahīpatiḥ ||
तसेच पूर्वकाळी ‘ऐल’ या नावाने विख्यात राजर्षी पुरूरवा, द्विजांच्या प्रशंसा व आशीर्वादाने, पृथ्वीचा अधिपती असूनही स्वर्गलोकी पोहोचला.
