इति निश्चित्य मनसा रक्षां प्रति स भार्गव: । अन्वतिष्ठत् परं यत्नं यथा तच्छृणु पार्थिव
iti niścitya manasā rakṣāṃ prati sa bhārgavaḥ | anvatīṣṭhat paraṃ yatnaṃ yathā tac chṛṇu pārthiva pṛthvīnātha |
भीष्म म्हणाले—अशा प्रकारे रक्षणाविषयी मनाने निश्चय करून, त्या भार्गवाने परम प्रयत्न आरंभ केला. तो कसा केला, हे पार्थिवा—ऐक.
