Mataṅga–Gardabhī Itihāsa
यत्र भागीरथी गड्जा पतते दिशमुत्तराम् । महेश्वरस्य त्रिस्थाने यो नरस्त्वभिषिच्यते
yatra bhāgīrathī gaṅgā patate diśam uttarām | maheśvarasya tristhāne yo naras tv abhiṣicyate ||
जिथे भागीरथी गंगा उत्तर दिशेकडे वाहते—तेथे महेश्वराच्या त्रिस्थानी जो मनुष्य अभिषिक्त होतो, तो शुद्धी व उन्नती प्राप्त करतो।
