रुद्र-स्तवराजः (Rudra-Stavarāja) — Exempla of Śiva’s Boons and the Hymn’s Phalaśruti
यथाप्रधानं भगवानिति भक्त्या स्तुतो मया । यन्न ब्रह्मादयो देवा विदुस्तत्त्वेन नर्षय:
yathāpradhānaṃ bhagavān iti bhaktyā stuto mayā | yan na brahmādayo devā vidus tattvena na ṛṣayaḥ ||
वायू म्हणाला—“भक्तीने मी भगवंताची ‘प्रधानस्वरूप’ अशी स्तुती केली आहे; त्या तत्त्वाचे यथार्थ ज्ञान ब्रह्मा इत्यादी देवांनाही आणि ऋषींनाही पूर्णपणे नाही।”
