भूमिभागास्तथा पुण्या गड्जाद्वारमथापि च । ऋषिकुल्यास्तथा मेध्या नद्य: सिंधुवहास्तथा
bhūmibhāgās tathā puṇyā gaṅgādvāram athāpi ca | ṛṣikulyās tathā medhyā nadyaḥ sindhuvahās tathā ||
पृथ्वीचे काही भूभागही पुण्य आहेत; गंगाद्वारही आणि ऋषिकुल्याही. तसेच सिंधूकडे वाहणाऱ्या नद्या देखील पवित्र व मेध्य आहेत.
