नक्षत्राण्यृतवश्चैव मासा: पक्षा: सवत्सरा: | वैनतेया: समुद्राश्च॒ कद्रुजा: पन्नगास्तथा
nakṣatrāṇy ṛtavaś caiva māsāḥ pakṣāḥ savatsarāḥ | vainateyāḥ samudrāś ca kadrujāḥ pannagās tathā ||
भीष्म म्हणाले—“नक्षत्रे व ऋतू, महिने व पक्ष, तसेच संवत्सरचक्र; विनतापुत्र गरुड व समुद्र; आणि कद्रूज पन्नग—हे सर्व आम्हांला धारण करून रक्षण करो.”
