रुद्रस्य भागं यज्ञे च विशिष्ट ते त्वकल्पयन् | भयेन त्रिदशा राजन् शरणं च प्रपेदिरे
rudrasya bhāgaṃ yajñe ca viśiṣṭa te tv akalpayan | bhayena tridaśā rājan śaraṇaṃ ca prapedire |
वायू म्हणाला—राजन्, भयाने देवांनी शंकर रुद्राचा आश्रय घेतला. मग त्यांनी यज्ञात रुद्रासाठी एक विशेष व श्रेष्ठ भाग ठरविला आणि यज्ञातील उरलेले सर्व द्रव्य रुद्राच्या अधिकारात अर्पण केले।
