Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
सुदुःखान् नियमांस्तांस्तान् वहतः सुतपोधनान् । पश्यन् मुनीन् बहुविधानू प्रवेष्टमुपचक्रमे
suduḥkhān niyamāṁs tāṁs tān vahataḥ sutapodhanān | paśyan munīn bahuvidhānū praveṣṭum upacakrame ||
वासुदेव म्हणाले—अत्यंत दुःसाध्य असे ते-ते नियम पाळणारे, तप व आध्यात्मिक संपत्तीने समृद्ध विविध प्रकारचे मुनी पाहून, मी त्या महान आश्रमात प्रवेश करण्याचा उपक्रम केला।
