ऋषिभि: संशयं पृष्टो वसुश्नेदिपति: पुरा । अभक्ष्यमपि मांसं य: प्राह भक्ष्यमिति प्रभो
ṛṣibhiḥ saṁśayaṁ pṛṣṭo vasuś cedi-patiḥ purā | abhakṣyam api māṁsaṁ yaḥ prāha bhakṣyam iti prabho ||
प्रभो! प्राचीन काळी ऋषींनी चेदिराज वसुला संशय विचारला; तेव्हा वसुनें मांस—जे सर्वथा अभक्ष्य आहे—ते भक्ष्य आहे असे सांगितले.
