Inquiry into the Discipline of Fasting
भ्रातृणामविभक्तानामुत्थानमपि चेत् सह | न पुत्रभागं विषमं पिता दद्यात् कदाचन
bhrātṝṇām avibhaktānām utthānam api cet saha | na putrabhāgaṁ viṣamaṁ pitā dadyāt kadācana ||
भाऊंचे वाटे अजून विभागले नसतील आणि सर्वांनी एकत्र परिश्रम करून कुलधन वाढविले असेल, तर पिता जिवंत असतानाही ते वेगळे व्हावयास इच्छित असतील तरी पित्याने पुत्रांना कधीही विषम भाग देऊ नये; सर्वांना समान हिस्सा देणेच योग्य आहे।
