अतिथीन्‌ पूजयामास यथावत्‌ समुपागतान्‌ । एवं हि सुमहान्‌ कालो व्यत्यक्रामत तस्य वै

Transliteration

atithīn pūjayāmāsa yathāvat samupāgatān | evaṁ hi sumahān kālo vyatyakrāmata tasya vai ||

Translation

यथाविधि आलेल्या अतिथींचे तो यथोचित पूजन-सत्कार करी. अशा प्रकारे त्याचा फार दीर्घ काळ व्यतीत झाला.
