King Duḥṣanta’s Entry into the Forest Hunt
आश्चर्यभूतं तद् गत्वा राज्ञेडथ प्रत्यवेदयन् काये मत्स्या इमौ राजन् सम्भूतौ मानुषाविति,यह आश्चर्यजनक घटना देखकर मछेरोंने राजाके पास जाकर निवेदन किया --“महाराज! मछलीके पेटसे ये दो मनुष्य बालक उत्पन्न हुए हैं!
Vaiśampāyana uvāca— āścaryabhūtaṃ tad gatvā rājñe ’tha pratyavedayan: “kāye matsyā imau rājan sambhūtau mānuṣāv” iti.
वैशंपायन म्हणाले—तो अद्भुत प्रकार पाहून मच्छीमार राजाकडे गेले आणि निवेदन केले—“महाराज, या माशाच्या देहातून (पोटातून) हे दोन मानवी अपत्य उत्पन्न झाले आहेत.”
