King Duḥṣanta’s Entry into the Forest Hunt
न च पित्रा विभज्यन्ते पुत्रा गुरुहिते रता: । युज्जते धुरि नो गाश्न कृशान् संधुक्षयन्ति च
na ca pitrā vibhajyante putrā guruhite ratāḥ | yujjate dhuri no gāśna kṛśān sandhukṣayanti ca
वैशंपायन म्हणाले—गुरुजनांच्या हितासाठी रत असलेले पुत्र पित्यानेही वेगळे करून भेदभावाने वाटले जात नाहीत. असे पुत्र कामासाठी जुव्याच्या धुरीला जुंपण्यास योग्य असतात; ते कष्टाला न घाबरता अग्नीही प्रज्वलित करतात—जशी सेवा लागेल तशी तत्पर असतात.
