Jaratkāru’s Marital Compact and Departure (जरत्कारु–जरत्कारुणी संवादः)
अड्कुरं कृतवांस्तत्र ततः पर्णद्वयान्वितम् । पलाशिनं शाखिनं च तथा विटपिनं पुन:,पहले उन्होंने उसमेंसे अंकुर निकाला, फिर उसे दो पत्तेका कर दिया। इसी प्रकार क्रमश: पल्लव, शाखा और प्रशाखाओंसे युक्त उस महान् वृक्षको पुनः पूर्ववत् खड़ा कर दिया
aṅkuraṃ kṛtavāṃs tatra tataḥ parṇadvayānvitam | palāśinaṃ śākhinaṃ ca tathā viṭapinaṃ punaḥ ||
प्रथम त्यांनी त्यातून अंकुर निर्माण केला; मग त्याला दोन पाने दिली. पुढे क्रमाने पल्लव, शाखा व प्रशाखांनी युक्त करून तो वृक्ष पुन्हा पूर्ववत उभा केला.
