स देवं परमासीन सर्वभूतहिते रतम् । ब्रह्माणमुपतस्थे वै काले काले सुसंयत:,वह समय-समयपर मन और इन्द्रियोंको संयममें रखकर सम्पूर्ण प्राणियोंके हितमें तत्पर रहनेवाले, उत्तम आसनपर विराजमान आचार्यदेवकी सेवामें उपस्थित हुआ करता था
sa devaṁ paramāsīnaṁ sarvabhūtahite ratam | brahmāṇam upatasthe vai kāle kāle susaṁyataḥ ||
तो मन व इंद्रिये उत्तम रीतीने संयमून, वेळोवेळी, परमासनावर विराजमान व सर्वभूतहितात रत असलेल्या देव-आचार्य ब्रह्म्याची सेवा करीत असे.
