राज्ञामागमनं चैव सार्हणानां महाक्रतौ । राजसूये<र्घसंवादे शिशुपालवधस्तथा,राजसूय महायज्ञमें उपहार ले-लेकर राजाओंके आगमन तथा पहले किसकी पूजा हो इस विषयको लेकर छिड़े हुए विवादमें शिशुपालके वधका प्रसंग भी इसी सभापर्वमें आया है

Transliteration

rājñām āgamanaṃ caiva sārhaṇānāṃ mahākratau | rājasūye 'rghasaṃvāde śiśupālavadhas tathā ||

Translation

महाक्रतु राजसूयात भेटवस्तू (कर) घेऊन राजांचे आगमन; आणि अर्घ्य-प्रदानात अग्रपूजेवरून झालेल्या वादात शिशुपालवधाचाही प्रसंग (याच सभापर्वात) आहे.
