वृष्णी आणि इतरही राजे अनेक देशांतून येऊन त्यांच्याकडून धनुर्वेदाचे शिक्षण घेत असत.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Royal authority is ideally supported by disciplined learning and proper instruction—especially in dhanuḥveda—so that power is exercised with competence and restraint rather than mere status.
The narrator states that the Vṛṣṇis and many other kings from different regions gathered and received training in the science of archery from a teacher being described in the surrounding passage.
