तां तथा शोभितां माल्यैर्वासोभिश्व महाधनै: । अमात्या ज्ञातयश्रैनं सुहृदश्चषोपतस्थिरे,इस प्रकार बहुमूल्य वस्त्रों और पुष्पमालाओंसे सुशोभित उस शिबिकाके समीप मन्त्री, भाई-बन्धु और सुहृद-सम्बन्धी--सब लोग उपस्थित हुए
tāṃ tathā śobhitāṃ mālyair vāsobhiś ca mahādhanaiḥ | amātyā jñātayaś cainaṃ suhṛdaś copatasthire ||
अशा रीतीने पुष्पमाळा व अत्यंत मौल्यवान वस्त्रांनी शोभलेली ती शिबिका पाहून, मंत्री, आप्तस्वजन आणि सुहृद—सर्वजण क्रमाने तिच्या जवळ उपस्थित झाले।
