kaniṣṭhāṅguliparvācca vāmadevaṃ na saṃśayaḥ / pravahānantaraṃ tabrahmā śatavarṣādanantaram

कनिष्ठा बोटाच्या पेरातून ‘वामदेव’ हे प्रमाण उत्पन्न होते—यात संशय नाही. ‘प्रवाह’ कालानंतर शंभर वर्षांनी ‘ब्रह्मा’चे प्रमाण/काल सांगितले आहे.
