स्वप्ने ऽपि नाम स्पृशतो ऽपि पुंसः क्षयं करोत्यक्षयपापराशिम् / प्रत्यक्षतः किं पुनरत्र पुंसा प्रकीर्तिते नाम्नि जनार्दनस्य

स्वप्नातही जर पुरुषाने केवळ नामाचा स्पर्श वा उच्चार केला, तरी त्याचा अक्षय पापराशी नष्ट होतो. मग जागृत अवस्थेत येथे जनार्दनाचे नाम उघडपणे कीर्तन केल्यास किती अधिक फल मिळेल!
