This verse preserves a symptom-based, Āyurvedic-style classification of urinary disorders, describing how retention and prameha manifest through pain and repeated scanty urination.
It does not directly discuss the soul’s journey; instead, it functions as a practical teaching section where Vishnu conveys bodily signs of disease to Garuda.
Repeated scanty urination with bladder/groin pain is a warning sign—seek timely medical evaluation and do not ignore urinary obstruction symptoms.
