The Supreme Personality of Godhead is manifested by His different energies — the material energy, the spiritual energy and the marginal energy. He is the original source of all living entities in the material world, and He is situated in everyone’s heart as the Supersoul. Although the living entity is the cause of his various types of bodies, the body is given by material nature according to the order of the Lord.

FAQs

This verse states that Hari is the ātmeśvara—the inner Lord and controller—who is most dear to all beings as the indwelling Self.

Prahlāda teaches that the same Supreme Lord is present within all bodies as the inner ruler; and in relation to embodied life and consciousness within a particular body, He is referred to in connection with the living being (jīva) as the indwelling life principle.

Practice seeing every person as having the Lord within; this reduces envy and hostility, and supports devotional conduct—respect, compassion, and steady remembrance of Hari.
